Hot Start? How About Tony Phillips In 1993?

Just playing around with Baseball-Reference.com's Play Index Batting Game Finder, looking for guys since 1954 who got off to a fast start, in terms of  having big games where they got on base a lot, I was able to work up this list setting the filters for "From 1954 to 2009, In team's first 40 games, (requiring TOB>=3), sorted by greatest number of games matching selected criteria in a game."  Here's the players to do this 16+ times:

    Tony Phillips in 1993 also is the only player to have 100+ of strikeouts, walks, runs, and hits in the same season and have less than 10 homers!
