Oh... and the bonus answer I guess assumes he'll get the extra five votes and be inducted into Cooperstown next year. Lets cross our fingers for that one.

ah, shucks, I was thinking Luis Tiant (couldn't figure out the 22nd thing, but he struck Rodriguez out 18 times instead of 8, and won 2 WS games)

Oops, didn't realize this was answered already. Cliff Lee works as an answer though! Won 22 games in '08. Struck out A-Rod a bunch of times (in one world series game, 3). Won 2 WS games total. Will in fact be in Seattle next year.
How about this who am I:
-Even though I only played 4 full seasons, I hit over .365 in 3 of them and .336 in the other.
-I had over 200 hits in 3 seasons.
-Over 20 home runs in 3 seasons.
-I am a member of the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame.
