Looking at this list, it's a pretty safe bet that Ichiro will pass Rose someday here. But, how about Mike Young? Could be pass Derek Jeter someday? Maybe. And, will he ever pass Rose...and Ichiro? If you pardon the pun, Young does have age on his side, doesn't he?

I can't believe Ichiro has NEVER had a year in the majors with under 200 hits... Even Ruth would take that bet that he's going to get passed in the next two seasons.

It is amazing when you look at this list and you think of every single guy, execpt for Young, who is a HOF'er or should be an HOF'er. In order for Young to accomplish 200 hits again, he will have to get 700 ab's every year, not sure if he is druable enough anymore to do that. Garvey to me is still a vastly underrated player.
