Homering in 5+ consecutive games

So there have been 39 streaks of 5 or longe, including A-rod's, since the 1997 season. Barry Bonds has a streak of 7, two more streaks of 6, and a streak of 5. Wow.
As you probably know, the record for such a streak is 8:

Dale Long was the first to do it in 1956, which is a year too early to get in the PI Streak Finder.

Would there be any way to find a the longest stretch of games where someone's OPS was greater than 2.000?

Well, I'm not sure what you're asking--if the OPS needs to be above 2.000 in each game, or over the entire streak. The answer is no, in both cases, anyway. You can determine a given player's OPS over any particular stretch of games by going to his game logs and highlighting the games of interest. But there's no way to search for streaks with a summed total (or average) over that streak. Regarding OPS of 2.000 in each game, OPS is not an option when doing the streak finder.
However, an OPS of 2.000 in a single game is equivalent to about 5 or 6 total bases per game...that's a rough calculation assuming an average of 4.5 plate appearance per game.
We CAN do the longest streaks of total bases.
For the 2000's, the longest streak with at least 5 total bases is 5 games, which has been done 4 times:

(Intuitively, this doesn't feel right to me...for all those guys to homer in 5, 6, or 7 consecutive games, just these 4 got 5 total bases in 5 consecutive cones? But nevertheless this is what the search gives. Of course it's easily checkable by looking at the individual streaks above.)

By the way, the longest streak in the 1990s for games with 5 total bases belongs to Larry Walker, with 6 games from June 18 to June 24 in 1999.
