Rhodes Implodes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to happen eventually. Arthur Rhodes got bombed in tonight's game against the Phillies. After Brad Lidge gave up a game-tying 3-run homer to Joey Votto in the bottom of the 9th, Rhodes was unable to retire a batter in the top of the 10th, yielding 3 earned runs. His ERA skyrocketed from 0.28 to 1.13 (which is quite a large percentage increase...)

By the way, I'm not actually excited about Rhodes getting hit. I am just excited about the post title. See here for why.

    He came back today and pitched a scoreless inning. Got the win as well.
